Over the past three months, Israel has killed more than 23,000 Palestinians in Gaza, including more than 9,000 children. Nearly 60,000 have been injured and 90 percent of Gaza’s 2.3 million residents have been made homeless.
Israel’s politicians are determined to create a new Nakba, replicating the catastrophe of 1948. They are seeking to create “facts on the ground” to force Palestinians to flee to other countries and to take possession of their homes and land.
Meanwhile Palestinians in the West Bank face daily attacks from the IDF and settlers, with hundreds killed.
